Hiya! Thanks for stopping by.
I am aiming to specialize in the connections between chemistry, ecology, computation, photography, instrumentation, and climate adaptation. In May of ‘22 I received a BS in Chemistry (Hons.) from the University of Texas at Dallas, conducting research under Dr. David Lary and Dr. Anthony Cummings. CV available here.
In addition to research I have been interested in climbing and climbing photography for some time. I have done some minor freelance work shooting local competitions, but the majority has been personal projects in addition to research trips (See Guyana in “Science”).
The purpose of this website is to host both my photographic and scientific interests, so there is certainly a curious mix of topics.
My current position is as an MA Graduate Student in the Earth & Environmental Sciences program at Wesleyan University. Prior work has been as an Instrumentation Specialist with Dr. Lary, focusing on indoor air quality and chemical modeling. The list of instruments I managed and operated is as follows:
Aerodyne Aerosol Mass Spectrometer (HR-TOF-AMS)
Syft Voice200 Ultra (SIFT-MS)
Picarro Trace Gas Analyzers (PI2114, G2103, G2204, G2401)
Aeris MIRA Trace Gas Analyzers
WeCare4Air Trace Gas Analyzers (AE2010, AE2050, AE2030, AE2041)
GRIMM Mini-WRAS
OceanOptics HR-4000 Spectrometer
